It includes pressure-treated floor joists set into notched treated skids for durability and resistance to rot and termites, along with doubled wall studs and galvanized ring-shank nails for added strength. Reinforced 2×4 key-locked doors provide security, and built-in air vents promote proper airflow.

Backed by a 5-year materials and workmanship warranty, manufacturer protection against rot, decay, and termites, and a 40-year metal roof warranty (manufacturer shingle warranty in Florida). Optional doors and windows are available at an additional cost.
