Reinforced 2×4 doors with key locks help keep out the weather and provide security, while strategically placed air vents promote proper airflow and temperature control.

It’s backed by a 5-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship, plus a manufacturer warranty against rot, decay, and termites. Metal roofs include a 40-year warranty, and asphalt shingles carry a manufacturer warranty in Florida. Optional doors and windows are available for customization at an additional cost.
