The Deluxe Side Cabin is a premium cabin-style building designed with a side-entry layout for convenient access and efficient interior use. It’s a great choice for storage, projects, or a comfortable outdoor room, offering a balance of style and structural reliability.

Construction features include pressure-treated floor joists fitted into notched treated skids for added durability and ground-contact protection. The framing is reinforced with doubled wall studs at siding seams, and galvanized ring-shank nails improve strength while helping prevent rust spotting. Heavy-duty 2×4 weather-resistant, key-locked doors add security, and built-in air vents help maintain steady air circulation.

The building is covered by a 5-year materials and workmanship warranty, manufacturer coverage against rot, decay, and termites, and a 40-year metal roof warranty (manufacturer shingle warranty in Florida). Optional doors and windows are available as upgrades at an additional cost.
